1. Age Requirements: Minimum age for renters is 21 years old. Some luxury and sports class vehicles require renters to be at least 25 years old.
2. Security Deposit: A security deposit via credit card or cash is required. The amount varies based on the vehicle class and is fully refundable after 21 days provided there are no traffic fines or damages.
3. Documentation: UAE Residents must provide a valid UAE Driving License and Emirates ID. Tourists must provide a Passport copy, Visa page, and an International Driving Permit (IDP) alongside their home country license.
4. Mileage: Standard rentals include 250KM per day. Additional mileage is charged per KM according to the agreed rate on your contract.
5. Salik & Fines: Toll gates (Salik) are charged at AED 5 per crossing. All traffic fines incurred during the rental period plus an administration fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
